Kindness in Ups and Downs

Life has ups and downs. How can we confidently move towards our goals as we ride this roller coaster? If we can remember how lucky we are, and take joy in our good deeds, it will increase the power of our kindness and the good results that will come. We can also use difficult experiences to open our hearts, as a reminder to turn our thoughts to others. Suffering is part of life, so why not use it as part of your path to happiness?

Yet the real nature of this “me” eludes us; is it the parts of us, or separate from our parts Recognizing that it does not exist truly lets us play in the illusion of how we appear, and to have fun with the possibilities of becoming our best self, who can love and care for all.

Circle of Compassion

The potential to change what we see in our world is always there. Taking action with a kinder motivation, we create a circle of compassion, and as more people help each other, good results will spread. When we step up to make a change for someone else, the possibilities are limitless.
